Intro

INTRODUCTION TO THE WORK......My work asks questions about the balance between advancing technology and the preservation of the natural environment. I find myself caught up in the incredible possibilities of a high tech world, while recognizing that to ignore the real possibility of destroying the natural world along the way will make all the technological advances meaningless and without value. In my search for the means to communicate my feelings, I’ve combined methods, materials and ideas that express various contrasts and relationships. My goal is to create a delicate balance between competing influences with the promise of an unstable condition with only the slightest changes...........I am a graduate of Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, CA

NEW PUBLIC PROJECTS.................The "Sea" an 80' long, 5' high stainless steel and bronze bas relief mural has been approved for the Southwestern Yacht Club in San Diego. "SolRay Tritych III" was installed at Bucklin Park in Twentynine Palms in January 2008.

GROUP EXHIBITION.........................The "Tree Hugger" will be included in the San Diego Port Authority's 5th Annual Urban Trees Show. Look for 30 new Urban Trees on Harbor Drive in San Diego in August 2008.
